All orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.

  • Please note that our shipping times are a guide only. Although we aim to deliver goods as fast as possible, during busy periods shipping times may be affected.

    Returns

    Customer's must notify us of their intention to return an item within 14 days of the item being delivered. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of notification.

    Once the returned item is received by us, a refund will be processed within 7 days.

    If an item is found to be faulty within 30 days of the item being delivered then a full refund will be given to the customer (evidence of the fault may be required).

    The cost of return postage will be paid for by the customer.
